▶ Contact Number
▶ Send OTP

▶ You will receive an OTP, valid for 30 Sec.
▶ Verify the OTP


▶ Then Fill in the details
▶ Describe the product problem
▶ Upload the tax invoice
▶ Agree on the T&C
▶ Tick in I'm not a robot.
▶ Submit

You will receive a Ticket no in your what's up account.

Then Pick up person will call you and pick up your product.
