 "A warranty is a written promise by a company that, if you find a fault in something they have sold you within a specific time, they will repair it or replace it free of charge."

Warranty Period - boAt Bluetooth Headphone/ Earphones. 12 Months.

For warranty claims or Replace the product within the warranty period- 

Register Complaint 

First, go to

▶ Then enter the product details. 
▶ Product Group (Which Product you want to replace or repair).
▶ Product.
▶ Pick up the PIN code.
▶ Tick the T&C.
▶ And Submit.

Complaint Registration

▶ Enter Your full name
▶ Email
▶ Contact Number
▶ Send OTP

▶ You will receive an OTP, valid for 30 Sec.
▶ Verify the OTP


▶ Then Fill in the details
▶ Describe the product problem
▶ Upload the tax invoice
▶ Agree on the T&C
▶ Tick in I'm not a robot.
▶ Submit

You will receive a Ticket no in your what's up account.

Then Pick up person will call you and pick up your product.
