Good Morning Sir/ Ma'am,

First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Prasenjit Mondal. 
I am 28 years old and from West Medinipur, West Bengal near Kharagpur but currently, staying in Nashik, Maharashtra for my work purpose. My family, we are 5 members, including me. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife.

Currently, I have been working as a Data Entry Operator with the SAP PM module at Afcons Infrastructure Ltd for the past 05 years, which deals with all types of infrastructure construction work.

I completed my Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication from Jnan Chandra Ghosh Polytechnic College in Kolkata, West Bengal in 2016.

I had good Computer Skills & Knowledge of troubleshooting.

My hobbies are exploring new places, Internet surfing, and cooking.

I am a quick learner, punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated person.

I am interested in learning things at different positions and I am looking to join your company to explore my skills where I can build my career and the organization too.

2. What Were Your Responsibilities in Your Last or Current Job?

Highly accurate data entry operator with 5 years of experience 

As an SAP data entry operator, performed regular data entry in SAP 

Purchase requisitions and Work order creation 

• Performed data entry for all invoices and mailings. 

• Report generation 

• Material booking, record, and reconciliation 

• Used MS Office daily, including Outlook and Advance Excel. Devised several MS Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks.

  • ISO & office-related documents preparation and maintenance.

  1) What is the difference between Latch and Flip-flop? The difference between latches and flip-flops is that the latches are level-triggered and flip-flops are edge-triggered.
